当サイトには、会員登録やコメント欄、入力フォームはありません。お問い合わせはメールで受け付け、いただいた内容は返信のためだけに使います。

当サイトは、バリューコマース、A8.net、アクセストレードなどのアフィリエイトプログラムに参加しています。広告のリンクを経由して予約や購入をされた場合、成果を計測するために、各事業者が Cookie などを使うことがあります。取り扱いは、各事業者の方針をご確認ください。

当サイトは、ページごとの訪問数と、どこから来たか（検索や SNS など）を知るために、運営者が自分のサーバーで動かしている集計ツール GoatCounter を使っています。記録するのは、見たページ、日時、参照元（直前にいたサイト）、ブラウザ・OS の種類、画面の大きさ、国です。Cookie は使わず、IP アドレスは保存しません（同じ訪問を重ねて数えないための一時的な識別は、数時間で消えます）。集計の結果を第三者に提供することはありません。サーバーのアクセスログ（IP アドレス等）は保存していません。

また、Google Search Console で検索結果での表示状況を確認しています。

見出しと会話の文字の形を整えるために、Google が提供する Google Fonts を読み込んでいます。ページを開くと、お使いのブラウザから Google のサーバーへ文字のデータを取りに行くため、IP アドレスなどが Google に送られます。取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

運営者は、自分の YouTube チャンネルの動画の公開の設定（題名・説明・サムネイル・字幕・再生リスト・予約公開）と、チャンネルの分析のために、YouTube API Services を使う自作の道具を使っています。

・この道具を使うのは運営者だけです。運営者が自分の Google アカウントで許可したチャンネルのデータだけを扱い、ほかの方のアカウントには接続しません。

・扱うデータは、チャンネルの ID と名前、運営者の動画の情報と公開の状態、再生リスト、チャンネルの分析の数値です。

・使い道は、運営者の動画を公開・予約することと、動画の反応を確かめることだけです。販売や第三者への提供はしません。

・投稿の記録（動画の ID と日時）と認可の情報は、運営者の管理する環境にだけ保存します。認可は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」（https://myaccount.google.com/connections）からいつでも取り消せます。

・YouTube API Services の利用には、YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）と Google プライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。

This policy covers the website "Tabi no Yorimichi" (tabinoyorimichi.com) and the YouTube channel "Shino to Hinata no Yorimichi Soudanshitsu" run by the same operator.

1. Information we receive: The site has no user accounts, comments or forms. Inquiries are accepted by email and used only to reply.

2. Advertising: The site participates in affiliate programs (ValueCommerce, A8.net, AccessTrade and others). These providers may use cookies to measure conversions when you book or buy through an ad link. Please refer to each provider's policy.

3. Analytics: To see how many visits each page gets and where visitors come from (search, social media, etc.), we use GoatCounter, a counting tool the operator runs on its own server. It records the page viewed, the time, the referrer (the site you came from), browser and OS type, screen size, and country. It uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses (a temporary identifier used to avoid counting the same visit twice is deleted within a few hours). The results are never provided to third parties. The server's access logs (IP addresses, etc.) are not stored. We also use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in search results.

3a. Web fonts: To style headings and dialogue, the site loads Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser fetches font files from Google's servers, so your IP address and similar data are sent to Google. See Google's privacy policy for how it is handled.

4. Use of YouTube API Services: The operator uses a self-made tool built on YouTube API Services to set up the operator's own videos (title, description, thumbnail, captions, playlists, scheduled publishing) and to review the channel's analytics.

- The tool is used only by the operator. It accesses only the channel the operator has authorized with the operator's own Google account, and never connects to anyone else's account.

- Data accessed: channel ID and name, the operator's video information and privacy status, playlists, and channel analytics metrics.

- Purpose: only to publish or schedule the operator's own videos and to review how they perform. The data is never sold or shared with third parties.

- Upload records (video ID and time) and authorization data are stored only in an environment controlled by the operator. Authorization can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections.

- By using YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply.

5. Changes: When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated.
